Delpha is an AI assistant, not a licensed therapist, counselor, or healthcare provider.
AI-generated responses are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They should not be relied upon as professional relationship counseling, therapy, mental health advice, legal advice, or medical advice.
If you are experiencing relationship distress, domestic abuse, mental health challenges, or any situation requiring professional help, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.
You retain ownership of the content you create and share within Our Space (messages, photos, documents, etc.).
Content placed in shared spaces (partner chat, shared folders, shared calendar) is accessible to both partners while it remains there. Either partner can remove content they originally shared. If the relationship ends within the app, both partners receive a copy of all content in shared spaces at the time of separation. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
By using Our Space, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Our Space, Delpha, and all associated branding, design, and technology are the property of Our Space. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the app without our written permission.
Our Space is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or uninterrupted access. This is especially true during the beta period — you are using a product under active development.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Our Space, its operators, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to:
By you: You may stop using Our Space and delete your account at any time from Settings > Account > Delete Account.

Upon termination, your rights to use the app cease. Data deletion follows the process described in our Privacy Policy.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about Our Space during the beta period may be used by us to improve the product without any obligation or compensation to you. Participation in the beta does not create an employment, contractor, or advisory relationship.

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of Our Space shall be governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Quebec, Canada.
